Ongoing: DVFA is working on a new edition of the Guidelines for Fairness Opinions. Lighthouse complements the working group alongside renowned legal scholars, economists and private equity houses.
March 2022 and ongoing: EFFAS (European Federation of Financial Analysts Association) advocates lower ESG regulation of listed SMEs. Lighthouse developed the positioning with other European SME specialists.
November 2021: Euroboden Bond exceeds €50 million placement volume. Lighthouse accompanies the transaction as financial advisor. mwb fairtrade is lead manager of the transaction.
June 2021: LS Invest AG is taken over by the international hotel group LOPESAN from Spain as part of a public takeover bid in accordance with Section 27 WpÜG. The market capitalization of LS Invest AG was around € 220 million. Lighthouse acted as financial advisor together with mwb fairtrade for LS Invest AG.
The cross-product range of advice from Lighthouse covers the topics of equity, debt and M&A, but also special topics such as fairness opinions, takeover bids and defense advice. For capital market transactions, we work closely with our strategic partner, mwb fairtrade Wertpapierhandelsbank AG, on the placement side. If we cannot cover certain topics optimally or completely ourselves, we draw on the know-how from our network. The aim is always to offer our clients holistic solutions.
